I developed comprehensive training courses for Samsung’s trainers and sales teams. Through interactive quizzes, participants deepen their understanding of Samsung TVs and soundbars, gaining the knowledge and confidence to effectively communicate key features and selling points.
Brand Research
As part of this project, I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for Pet Planet, an online store offering a wide range of products for pet owners – from essentials for cats and dogs to accessories for small pets. Focused on customers aged 50+ who live in homes with pets, the brand’s strategy centers on enhancing performance through in-depth brand and persona research, a well-defined marketing funnel, and a thoughtfully designed email series. Together, these elements create a cohesive marketing approach that strengthens customer engagement and drives lasting brand loyalty.
